You’ll reflect on why you’re quitting and select reasons meaningful to you. Once you’ve quit, the app will help prevent relapse by reminding you of your reasons.
Each day before you quit, you’ll get a new tip to help you prepare, such as “Assemble your support team.” After you quit, you’ll get tips to help you stay tobacco free, such as, “Keep handy a supply of substitutes for your hands and mouth, like chewing gum, straws, cinnamon sticks, worry beads, or stress balls.”
